Role of Additional Director

Subject to the provisions of section 2(59) of the Companies Act 2013, officer includes any Director of the Company and subject to the provisions of section 2(60) of the Companies Act 2013, office of the Company which is described under section 2(59) which includes any director also includes additional director shall be liable for any of the crimnal offence under section 138  of the NI act 1881 as every Director who is aware by the virtue of this receipt  by him of any of the proccedings of the Board
