WE WANT TO KNOW THAT THE ANNUAL RETURN OF THE PVT. CO. HAS BEEN SENT TO ROC OR NOT. IS THERE ANY WAY TO FIND OUT WHETHER OUR ANNUAL RETURN HAS BEEN FILED OR NOT WITH ROC ? IT IS VERY URGENT BECAUSE ON OF OUR CLIENT'S FILE HAS BEEN LOST . WE WNT TO KNOW THE STATUS OF ANNUAL RETURN FOR THE YEAR - 2008. IN INCOME TAX THERE IS A WAY TO FIND OUT THE STATUS OF THE INCOME TAX AND CHALLN THROUGH OLTAS. SO IS THERE ANY WAY TO FIND OUT THE STATUS OF ANNUAL RETURS OF THE COMPANY. You may check the status of your annual filing by viewing Master Data of your company.

Dear Mr. Amar
After Implementation of MCA , it is required for the company whether public or private to file Annual Return in digita form 20B with concerned ROC alonwith required attachment.
If you have lost yor Annual Return for the FY 2008, you can digitally inspect such form by inspection on MCA portal.
