Roc form for auditor's appointment

You need to file ADT1 in form GNL2 with ROC,  Company requires to file form within 30 days of his appointment in AGM.

As per section 139 of the Comps Act 2013, now the Company is laible to File Form ADT-1 (For the Appointment of Auditor) with the ROC within 15 days of AGM. This Form will be filed as an attachment to Form GNL-2.
