I had uplaoded form 23AC without attaching Board report and notice and got the offline challan. Now to revise my Form, can i upload a new form without any excess fine.
Should i wait to get the challan expired and then upalod the fresh form again.

NO YOU CAN UPLOAD THE FORM AGAIN AFTER PRESCRUITNEE , AND YOU WILL GET A NEW CHALLAN WITH DIFERENT SRN.

Yes, without making payment of this challan, you can revise your form and file it again. However, if the pescribed period has been expired then the additional fees is to be paid.
