Roc filing

Hi everyone,

A company was incorporated on 18/09/2011. i.e FY 2011-12.

When i am filing form 23B i.e Audit appointment, am getting an error message that Audit period is below the Incorporation date.

The Audit period is 2011-12. I want to file the same immediately without waiting for 15 or 18 months provision clause.

Please suggest me on this.

Mr Varun you have to file form 23B alongwith the First auditor  appointment letter in the board meeting,  within 30 days of incorporating the company.

It will cover the mentioned audit period i.e, FY 2011-12. The first auditor so appointed shall continue till the conclusion of the first AGM.

Thanks gnanika,

I changed the audit period itself. i.e instead of 01-4-2011,  to 19-9-2011.

Got accepted :)

Mr Varun, don't mind but is it not wrong??

Company incorporated on 18.09.2011, then how can you give audit period as 01.04.2011 to 19.09.2011??

Do Correct me if i m wrong..

Sorry Madam.. The Audit period is not from 1-4-2011 to 19-9-2011. I mean to say, i changed it from 1-4-2011 [i.e begining date] to 19-9-2011.

Audit period being 19-9-2011 to 31-3-2012.

Hmm.. that's perfect, else it will not process further. That's what i was wondering how did u submit it.
