suposs a truck loaded goods passes througth more than one state than.........now i want to know the seller have issue road permit for all state in from or in diffrent from as the respected state from issued by that state law

Road Permit is applicable where the goods are finally consigned. (i.e. Truck starts from Haryana to West Bengal and it passes thr. UP, Rajasthan, Bihar, Orissa etc. than way bill of West Bengal should attach with consignment).
Need State Wise Road Permit applicability. If any one can please share.
Road permits for some states like UP are valid for only 1 month. For some states it may be valid for 2 years also.
