I purchased one medical instrument from Vendor of Delhi, at the time of purchase i sent Road Permit to vendor. Vendor sent instrument from Delhi to U.P. but there had some problem in Instrument, I sent to vendor to replace.
Now Vendor is ready to sent another instrument in replacement but he is asking for another road permit for sending it from Delhi to U.P.
Please suggest if it is being sent for replacement, another road permit will be requried or not.
Please help me out.
