Our Gst registration was cancelled by department after our failure to reply to show cause notice .
Date of order for cancellation is 26 October 2018.
we have filed all the returns till October and also filed gstr 1 for the month of November and December,but there was a late fee for the month of November,when we paid it ,it got reflected in cash ledger but now we are not getting the month of November and December in the return dashboard dropdown.When we tried to make application for revocation of gst registration cancellation,it is showing file returns till 25 jan 2019.
Kindly,please guide with regard to how to apply for revocation of gst registration cancellation (after 30 days i.e time limit expired) and how to file the gstr 3b for the month of November and December.
