Hello, I want to know the procedure to revive a strike-off private limited company. My company has been marked as strike-off because the ROC filing was not done for the years 2016-17 / 17-18 / 18-19. It's a Pune based company named - OFFER MEDIA PRIVATE LIMITED and is completely operational, due to financial problems in the earlier years and due to our negligence the filings didn't happen on time.
Additionally, I am looking for a good CS/Lawyer from Pune/Mumbai who has recently done successful revival work.
