Can anybody guide me as to whether a company struck off by ROC can be revived & if yes, suggest the procedure for the same???

Pl.s read Sec. 560(6). Only court can restore the company's name if it is struck off. In this regard, application will be made in the high court before expiration of 20 years from the date of publication in the official gazette of the notice of striking off.
