I beleive the institute has not issued the same yet.

First the soft copies are uploaded at the institute site but it is not being done yet ...

To Itika, I didn't knew that institute actually delivers it to our doorstep. I don't think they will do that because by selling they get money.

 Well Lakshmi you can download them from institute site may be in October beginning

The tax amendments applicable are given in them and in my PE II attempt there were some similar questions that were asked in exams so do go throgh them

Generally they are delievered however there might be some postal delays

Rahul if they are available after 15th Nov 2009, then they are useless for me as my last paper will be on 16th.

I think you are trying to say either sep or oct.

hi..rtp are generally available 2 to 3 weeks before exams..some students get them by post..and those who don't can download from icai website..
