Yes, you can file revised annual return.
You have to pay fees second time and also additional fee, if it exceed 60 days from AGM.

Dear Friend,
Yes, You can file the revised annual return and in that case you can attach calrification letter in the From20 B stating the changes made on revision.

No you cannot file second Annual return once the fee is paid. Form 20 B and other Annual filling forms get approved by systems(Automatically). Hence the form filed first will get approved first. However, if the fee is not paid, u can tear the challan and file the form again.

Dear Friend,
You can file the revised annual return. you write a message in MCA help desk to cancel the previous form 20B by providing specific details such as its SRN no., Date of filling etc and it will take minimum 15 days or so to expire that challan. There after you mail file the revised return.

can anybody provide me with the board resolution for revising annual return of the company of the year 2010. we are revising it b'coz no. of shareholders were mistakenly written as 32 whreas actual are 30.
