hello everyone,

well all know that MCA has revised in consultation with NACASA the revised schdule VI for companies.

howver, i hav observed in many a companies like TCS, Kotak Securities & other that they have prepared the balance sheet for the financial year 2010-2011 following the old sch VI only..

what should we do..

please acknowledge..

The MCA had later notified vide notification no [F. NO. 2/6/2008-C.L-V] dated 30th March 2011 that revised Schedule VI shall be effective from 1st April 2011. This would mean that the companies will continue to prepare and present the financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2011 as per existing Schedule VI to the Companies Act, 1956.
