I recieved intimation of defaults in tds return with amount payable.
I have corrected the defaults and have filled the revised return also.
My query is where am I suppossed to reply with a letter about the same , as the intimation receieved are electronically generated.

File correction statement. The demand shall be automatically nullied.
Reply can be filed manually to the jurisdictional officer.
you may also file online correction but you should have a DSC for that
If Intimation for default received from TRACES then no need to file any letter.Demand will be automatically zeroised once the correction return is processed at CPC.
But if you receive any intimation from your AO then a leeter with ack of correction return filed has to be filed with AO.
