Quick Summary
A non-resident individual filed a belated ITR for AY 2019-20 and wishes to claim TCS on a car purchase made in December 2018. While a revised return for AY 2019-20 is no longer possible, options include applying for approval under section 119(2)(b) to the CIT. Alternatively, manual entry of TCS in the next ITR filing (AY 2020-21) might be possible.

It's not possible for filing revised ITR for AY 19-20 now as last date was 31.3.20
Apply for approval under 119(2)(b) to CIT. After that, you can file return and claim TCS credit

you might get credit.

Jain sir how it possible

It is possible, do manual entries of TCS in ITR.

I did it in AY 2020-21 for TDS deducted in AY 2019-20. I do filing through Computax software.

Ok sir
