Recently I noticed that for AY2016-17, I have omitted to claim an item under 80C. Can I file a revised return for this AY now (today is 22-Jun-2018). I have filed original return with a refund and the same ITR has been processed by the IT Dept. Please advise.
Last Date of Filing & Revised Return was 31st Mar-18
As per IT act, the dates are over. Talk to your ITO
