Hi Friends,
I have filled my return with wrong hra calculation and itr V is sent to Bangalore in Oct
after I checked why it is taking more time and realised hra was wrong
in Feb I have filled revised return with correct figures and itr V has been sent to Bangalore and got confirmation of receipt
after above process I got reply from cpc that my first return was defective
I replied No and mentioned comment, please consider my revised return for final one
my doubt what will happened now
please help me on this

Have you mentioned the receipt no and date of filing of original ITR in the revised ITR (in your case 2nd ITR).
Both the income tax returns filed need to be checked thoroughly.
High possbilities of errors.
Revised return and defective return are seperate things.
