Revised return after rejection of rectification u/s 154

Hi,

Assesment year - 2009-10

I had filed a rectification request due in time but now i have recieved a intimation from CPC which says the rectification request has been rejected as i need to file a revised return instead of revised return as the mistake is not apparent on record.

Now when i am trying to upload a revised rreturn, i am getting a messege that the time for revised return is already lapsed. 

Can someone please help me.
