Dear All
I have filled return on 05.01.2011 for previous year 09-10. and now i want to revised it. But when i checking online stuatus of refund it is showing that your return has been processed at cpc-refund determined.
My question is can i file the revised return.
Pls guide me.
The due date for filing the Income Tax Return was 31st July 2010 for Individuals without Tax Audit and 30th September 2010 for Companies / Firms having Tax Audit.
Only if the ITR is filed before due date, then the ITR can be revised. Therefore in your case you cannot revise your ITR as it is filed after the above mentioned due dates as the case may be.
