Can anyone guide me how to file revised TDS return for one quarter .

You will need original TDS return data to revise that.
You can also get FVU file from www.tin.nsdl.com
after registering your TAN number.
Software to revise the return can also be downloaded from this site. ie. RPU 2.6 or 2.7
1.First of all, you need to request for Consolidate FVU file through NSDL website.
2. You will require the RPU software to open the file and make the changes which you can download from NSDL website free of cost.
3. Submit the revised FVU with any authorised centre with Form 27A.
