Review of the order passed by the CIT (Exemption)
Whether review petition of the order passed by the Commissioner of Income Tax (Exemption) is permissible under the Income Tax Act ?

There is no such provision for Review of Order passed by CIT. Even the CIT himself cant amend the order just because of Change in opinion.
Unless there is any apparent mistake in order you can't apply for review/rectification of order.
