GST Paid under reverse charges of goods transport services will be available as Input tax credit against supply of goods or services ?

Inputs are available who pays gst on reverse charge on transportation services

Yes ITC is available.

But when the ITC is available?

Same month when the person become liable?

or next month when the person was made payment?
