Machinery Material rec'd from other state(Maharashtra) and transporter also registered in Same state but Material delivered in Madhya Pradesh.
Please let me know what (party of mp)gst @ 5% payable on rcm in IGST or CGST AND SGST

RCM @ 5% on freight will payable in IGST.

Yes it's IGST 5% , if GTA is Registered the POS will GTA place

NO YOU CANNOT ... YOU CAN CLAIM ITC ONLY FOR THE RCM DEPOSITED BY YOU
