are sir hi kya transportation reverse charge extend kar dya hai hme ek ne btaya hai
lekin mere kese me meri 100 % purchase IGST ki hai up ke bahar no hai is kese me kya hoga aur agar lge ga to kitni presentage hogi
puri detail btye ga plz

reverse charge on transport service abhi bhi applicable hai.
tax rate @ 5%

2.5 cgst aur 2.5 sgst ki puri IGST
meri purchase bahar ki IGST wali hai aur transporter ki builty Bombay ki rehti hai aur

ifas per builty, transporter is located outside the state .

mera transporter sir h.office branch mumbai aur is ki ek branch kanpur me hai mera mall bhi mumbai se hi ata hai
aur sir ji iska credit mile ga na ki 12% kre to hi mile ga
waise sir mai 5% IGST me jama kar wa rha tha ye shi hai ki nhi ya fir cgst 2.5% SGST 2.5%

you are correct. pay IGST @ 5% under reverse charge.

5% ka ITC milega.
