Reverse charge is a mechanism whereby the service receiver has to pay Service Tax to Govt. instead of service provider For eg: An LIC agent is not liable to pay service tax but LIC is liable for Service tax on behalf of his agents as per Reverse Charge Mechanism. Correct me if I am wrong. ..
