Reverse charge
hello..
My client is private limited company and pay bus hiring charges to individual (Proprietor). whether reverse charge applicable on it or not ??? i want to know the difference between abated value and non-abated value also ??

You need to pay service tax under reverse charge mechanism by way of renting of a motor vehicle designed to carry passengers on abated value to any person who is not engaged in the similar line of business.
