Revalidation

hello, I am going 2 appear in upcoming May'15 exam of IPCC and my question is how do i ensure that my registration is valid or not ? what are the consequences if my registration is not valid ? I have submitted my exam form.. my IPCC reg. date is 28th july, 2011 sorry i have already asked this ques but earlier i didn't mention that i m going 2 appear for 1st group only so considering my current status should i revalidate now or start this process after my may 15 exams ?? sorry for asking again but plz help me !! and thank u for earlier replies
