but it's d same question if the assessee is the partner and he is required to furnish 92 e then what is the due date

Can you put the question here?

what is the due date was for filing return of income for AY 2019-20 in case of working partner of a firm whose accounts are required to be audited under the Income tax act 1961 and the firm is required to furnish a report u/s 92 e of income tax act 1961

for partner it is 30 September and firm it is 30 November

Sorry for the different answer...

If Firm income under sec 92E then the ITR AY 19-20 due date is 30th November.
Also the same date is applicable to Partnership if the Firm...

( @ Mr. Hitesh., Without finalize the Firm account how is fine partner his ITR...?. In this forum You give correct reply. But, Last one is missed the way...)
