I have query regarding an individual who has opted for presumptive taxation and also has capital gains during FY 2018-19. Which return can be filed in such a case?

ITR 4
There are instructions published by CBDT stating that ITR 4 cannot be filed by a person having income from Capital Gains.
Sorry Sakina, in your case ITR 3 is applicable.
