If any NRI do expenditure on travelling to India and go back from India, and spend more than 2 lakh whether it will be considered as foreign travel or not?
Further if yes, then whether he is required to file ROI according to seventh proviso to sec. 139(1) as he is no other income from India.
Please help me in this regard.

Good question sir. I feel the current law drafting suggests that they are required to file. I may be wrong.
