Hi Everyone,
One of Our Friend Filed Return of A.Y 15-16 & 14-15 in March 2018 by Saying that he has Received Notice U/S 142(1) but actually he didn't Receive any Notice to File the Return he has Mentioned like that
As a Result he got an Intimation i.e the Return has been " Transferred to Assessing Officer ".
will it be any Problem to him as he Filed the Return without Receiving Notice u/s 142(1)
Please Suggest what to do ?

what will be the Consequences as he file the Return wrong i.e without Receiving Notice.
Nothing you are declaring your income not hiding.
Just give reason that you don't have any idea of section & filed return bonafidely.
