RETURN FILED ON EXTENDED AY 2020-21 FY 2019-20

I have filed my return on 02-12-2020 and then revised the same on 11-12-2020. As per Notification ( DATE EXTENSION notification_88_2020.pdf date d29-10-2020 ), the date was extended up to 31-12-2020 and for Audit cases to 31-01-2021. My carried forward losses are not showing in the portal and I have received one email in Sep 2021 that I have filed the return after the due date whereas the date was extended to 31-Dec-2020 what should I do.
