Return Efiling password problem

I am facing problem in login for ITR I forget my password and secreat question .

As per your concern we request you to enter your previous acknowledgement number and Bank account details for resetting of your password.
If issue persists kindly use NEW OPTION added in forget password option by using new or registered DSC.

As per your concern, for new DSC software will be provided by DSC service provider, kindly contact to your DSC service provider

but i am not able to login because it shows software is not supporting.

pls help in this issue.

Dear all,

                       If you have failed to reset the password thru the 'Security answer' and 'last IT Acknowledgement' options, and you have even forgotten or lose access to your registered e-mail id......

then; the easiest, and unfortunately in most of your cases, the last and ONLY way to get access to your account is

--> Go get a new DSC [Digital Signature Certificate]

--> Use Forgot Password Option

--> Choose Upload DSC option

--> Choose "New DSC", if u haven't registered one with your account

--> and hit [[Validate]] 

They'll directly take you to "new password" set option... retype and confirm the password... and You're in..  :)
