If we purhcased raw material from out of Maharashatra also purchased some material from maharashtra and processed it in Maharashtra and again sold to our Hariyana branch (Branch Transfer) then any retension applicable?

Dear Rahul
yes the retention would be applicable since you are stock transferring the goods to your own business . Also you need to obtain F FORM from the receiving branch.
