Resubmittion of Form 1 for pvt limited company

Hi Guys,

I am in the process of registering a pvt ltd company in bangalore and this is the 2nd time I have been asked to resubmit the form 1. This time the error is

"SRN B01543719 has been examined and marked as Sent for resubmission with the following remarks-
ID and Address proof not attested by professioanl"

Does this has to be a "notary" . Who qualifies to be a professional in the above given case ?
