Different concepts. First is wide term and second is more about internal re-organisation of company. 

corporate reorganisation includes internal reconstruction, re organisation of share capital, organisational structure reorganisation... etc

and corporate reorganisation is a part of corporate restructuring which includes overall changing corporate actions whether internal like reorganisation and external like mergers and demergers..?
