what is tax rate on sale item's in restaurant...?

If it is A/c restaurent then GST rate is 18%. Otherwise GST rate is 12%
whether these are new rates?

Ac restuarant means Air conditioned restuarant.....

no I want to it means fully ac restuarant
There is no clarity as of now for the same....
But industry people are charging different rates by dividing area as A/c and Non A/c....
In the earlier act it was very clear that even if the part of building is with A/c then service tax was applicable...But in GST there is no clarity given by the govt.
