Resolution and procedure for change of ro within local limit

Just pass Board Resolution and file form 18 your office will be chanaged:

“RESOLVED THAT pursuant to the provisions of Section 146 of the Companies Act, 1956 Registered Office of the Company be and is hereby shifted from …………………………., Kanpur to ………………………. Kanpur.”

“RESOVLED FURTHER THAT Shri ………….. and Shri…………………., Directors of the Company be and are hereby authorised to do all such acts, deeds and things as may deemed necessary, expedient and desirable to give effect to the above resolution.”

For Shifting registered office within same city , you are required to pass Board Resolution and file Form 18 with 30 days of Board Resolution.

 

For Change of Office within local limits. Procedure:

1. File Form 18 ( Download from MCA Website )

2. Fill the form ( Please chose option - Change within local limits)

3. Attachments is optional ( Attachment of Board resolution with  Form is optional )

4 Submit the form
