In case of Resignation of Statutory Auditor, within how many days should an EGM be held for appointment of a new Auditor? Is there any MCA Clarification in this regard

Like any general meeting, it has to be convened after giving 21 days notice. Plz go through teh Articles of Associatiopn of the Company, there may be clause of short notice period.
