Hello everyone.

I have one case the person is born in india and she is indian citizen but she took citizenship of another country through her mother in law who is born in melbourne by surrendering indian citizenship in 2013 and she made changes in her passport but her pancard and aadharcard was not altered as it was made before  2013.she filed her return as indian citizen from 2013-14 and she has income of around 264000p.a. She is ignorant of taxation laws. Further she spent more than 182days in india however her husband did not surrender indian citizenship. Kindly guide on taxation laws and what should we do to alter her pancard and aadhar card.

Thanks
