Reset password and email id also

i have an Query about how to reset password and also email address

As now a day the clients changes their CA or who file their return have got registered clients PAN in his email id

so how to get change email id and password both when this is registered with old Person who files its return..

i have tried to change password by PAN details but the reset password is mailing to old email address....

I tried to reset passward through e-filing acknowledgement No. but asking bank account no. mismatch.  I don't know which bank account no. was mentioned by CA at the filing of IT return of AY 2011-12.

Now I wish to know how can I reset the passward.
