Dear sanmitra these are the following statutory reserve for the amalgamtion chapter.

(1) Investment allowance reserve 

(2) Development rebate reserve 

(3) Fexport profit Reserve 

(4) Insurance reserve

and the entry would be passed for these are as follows 

Amalgamation Adjustment A/c         XXXX

          To Statutory reserve A/c                      XXXX
