WIll anyone please tell me all the possible names of Statutory Resrves & Non-statutory Reserves?
( I needed it while studying Amalgamation)

Dear sanmitra these are the following statutory reserve for the amalgamtion chapter.
(1) Investment allowance reserve
(2) Development rebate reserve
(3) Fexport profit Reserve
(4) Insurance reserve
and the entry would be passed for these are as follows
Amalgamation Adjustment A/c XXXX
To Statutory reserve A/c XXXX
