Pls clarify whic society u talkin about and in ur artcileshp period if u do any other activity then u need to inform Icai abt it in form 112 respectively pls have a look at the form 112 ull get ur ans.

As per my understanding of ICAI manual the same membership is not possible without the prior approval of ICAI. So it is advisable to discuss this matter with ICAI officials.

Further Sampat bhai there is no role of form 112 as the same is prescribed for doing more than one course with CA at a time.

Ankur wit respect to ur ans i may kindly tell u if u do any other activity wther its related to stdy course or anything u need to inform sir just have a look at it  on page 4 of d form it ask u abt

"details of engagement in other busines or occupation"

so the form in not restrcited to providing information to icai only for other courses bt also for any other activity underyaken by artcile during their rtcileship period.

Sir pls read his q properly as he is askin abt som eligblity of becomin member in some society...dats y i aked whic society...sir kindly go throu the format of d form.

Here my clarification for thusar reply is that  we as a team of article students in our CA firm we want to incorporate a Society for promoting Charity  Plz reply for above forum with this view .

Yes den also u need to inform ICAI in form 112 us have a look at form and words used in page 4 of the form.

fillup form 112 and submit to ICAI within one month. that's solution.
