Report on the Convocation of CIRC

The convocation of the newly qualified Chartered Accountants of CIRC region was held on 11th July 2009 at Jaipur. CA. Uttam Prakash Agarwal, President ICAI was the Chief Guest and Sh. Ashok Bariwa, Minister of State for Information & Public Relation (Independent), Govt. of Rajasthan and Sh. Mangi Lal Garasia, Minister of State for Youth Affairs and Sports (Independent), Govt. of Rajasthan were the guests of honour.
CA. Vijay Garg, Chief Co-ordinator and Central Council member ICAI gave a warm welcome to CA Uttam Prakash Agarwal, President ICAI, guests of honour and newly qualified Chartered Accountants.
In this programme CA. Uttam Prakash Agarwal, President ICAI distributed the certificates to the newly qualified members. Addressing the gathering CA Uttam Prakash Agarwal, President, ICAI congratulated all members on this momentous day. He said “It is encouraging to note that our students are able to enter corporate life at high levels with corresponding compensation packages. Also, students who have passed out of the Institute in previous years are occupying senior positions in industry both in India and abroad. We know that we are on the right track when we get frequent messages from our alumni expressing their happiness and gratitude for what they gained at ICAI. Our students have been worthy ambassadors of the Institute and I am sure the current outgoing batch will also follow the trend.” He also reiterated that “An India Chartered Accountant has emerged as a complete Business Solution provider and is now recognized globally.”
CA. R P Vijay Chairman Jaipur Branch gave vote of thanks to all the dignitaries and guests present and concluded the convocation ceremony.
