SIR

I RECEIVED NOTICE OF DEFECTIVE INCOME TAX RETURN FOR ASSESSMENT YEAR:2020-21 ON 1.09.2021. THE  RESPONSE OF THE ABOVE RETURN IS TO BE FILLED WITHIN 16.09.2021. BUT DUE TO TECHNICAL PROBLEM IN INCOME TAX WEBSITE , I AM  UNABLE TO UPLOAD THE CORRECT ITR.

SO, PLS TELL ME HOW I CAN UPLOAD THE CORRECT ITR?

Until the technical issue in the portal resolved you cant file itr. so you could only wait in such circumstances.

alternatively, may also revise your original return
