Supoose my turn over apprnx 7 lakh. I have only 1 heavey truck. My truck hired by a transporter co.Name OMX LTD. He deduct my tds . My query only that in which section.i fill my return under sec.44ae.

If you have given your truck on hiring, TDS is applicable under section 194 (I). Your income will not be considered under 44AE. You can file return showing income under section 28
