I have 5 residential properties which are let out to paying guests for residential purpose and turnover of my propreitorship business is more than 20 lakhs.
Do I need to register under GST? or
It is exempt under GST as per Schedule of GST rate -"Services by way of renting of residential dwelling for use as residence" .
