Which ITR to be filed if there is rental income more than one property and is less than 50 lakh?

You can use ITR-1 because it is less than 50L.

ITR 1 not applicable if more than 1 house property...

ITR 2 is recommended...

no you cannot show income from multiple property in ITR-1

you will have to file ITR-2
