We are paying a rent for the shop and he is a URD an his income will not exceed 20 lakhs and not required the registration.
Is it require to pay the GST as per RCM ? if we pay then how can we get a benefit of this.

If you are regd and paying rent to URD, you have to pay GST under RCM (RCM only to be paid in cash & not by utilizing credit) and then you can take credit of the tax paid.
