I am holding shop on rent 2 lakh yearly, I am having gst no &owner has only rent income ,rent attract GST ,if yes how it works, I have to pay under reverse mechanism.....?

18% GST on rent paid for shop under RCM....... which you can claim back.... provided normal taxpayer.......
